Allan Gatenby became a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Career Certification International in 2011.

He has over 30 years of exceptional leadership experience, holding an M Ed (Leadership & Management), and specialising in change management. He established Sustainability Consultants and later formed Integral Change a joint venture with an internationally accredited Master Coach, to provide integrated change management services.

Jutta König works as a career coach, psychologist and psychotherapist with clients in professional and personal transition and transformation processes.  As a career coach she specializes in revitalizing careers by aligning personal talents with challenging societal issues to facilitate transition and significant contributions to the planet while enhancing their personal experience of “flow”.  She coaches executives, refugees and trailing spouses in their careers as they embark on the adventure of migration, expatriation and repatriation around the globe.  She also helps clients facilitate change by exploring personal narratives and emotional processes of meaning making using the Self Confrontation Method.  She is an executive coach, trainer, writer and public speaker on issues of diversity and intercultural communication.

Jutta  started her career as a curriculum developer, lecturer and trainer in the Netherlands in different universities (Leiden, Maastricht and Amsterdam) and polytechnics (Sittard and Leeuwarden) on doctor patient skills, management in health sciences and organization and information technology.  She has enjoyed living and working as a coach, trainer and psychotherapist in multicultural Singapore as well as working as a trainer in a postgraduate programme for integrative movement for therapists in Germany.

Diane Moore is a professor at George Brown College in Toronto teaching in the Career & Work Counsellor Program. She is also editor of The Office Professional newsletter, a monthly publication for office support staff, and author of Career Ability: Skills Office Professionals Need to Succeed in the 21st Century. She has worked in the field of career counselling, adult education, consulting, outplacement, writing and editing for the past twenty-five years.

An experienced keynote speaker and published author, Ms. Moore has written more than 1800 articles and conducted workshops for thousands of people on topics such as job interview skills, career management, dealing with change, presentation skills, conflict management, assertive communication, balancing work and family, and working with different personality styles. Ms. Moore has completed Life Skills I and II certification and also holds certifications in Career & Employment Information Specialist, Personality Dimensions, Survivability and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She has also completed the Constructivist Counselling certificate at George Brown College.

Edward C. Witherell is a senior executive coach with over 40 years of leadership experience that uniquely combines his work as a business executive, a career as a military officer and as an actor and artist.

Andrea Wolf has worked as a career development leader, coach, consultant and writer in both higher education and corporations. She has expertise in career transition coaching, and career management program development.  Andrea has a track record of developing strategic initiatives to build and expand career management programs/resources that target academic and corporate population needs.   She is recognized for creative coaching methods which empower individuals at the crossroads of age and stage to find pathways to manage healthy careers.
