Diane Moore is a professor at George Brown College in Toronto teaching in the Career & Work Counsellor Program. She is also editor of The Office Professional newsletter, a monthly publication for office support staff, and author of Career Ability: Skills Office Professionals Need to Succeed in the 21st Century. She has worked in the field of career counselling, adult education, consulting, outplacement, writing and editing for the past twenty-five years.

An experienced keynote speaker and published author, Ms. Moore has written more than 1800 articles and conducted workshops for thousands of people on topics such as job interview skills, career management, dealing with change, presentation skills, conflict management, assertive communication, balancing work and family, and working with different personality styles. Ms. Moore has completed Life Skills I and II certification and also holds certifications in Career & Employment Information Specialist, Personality Dimensions, Survivability and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She has also completed the Constructivist Counselling certificate at George Brown College.

Ms. Moore has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from York University, and a Master of Education in counselling psychology, from the University of Toronto. Bill has a Master of Arts Degree from the University of De Montfort and is a qualified Career Management Fellow of the Institute for Career Certification International (ICC International).He was elected as a Governor to the worldwide Board of ICC International in January 2007.

He is an active member of The Association of Career Professionals International, a global association for career practitioners and executive coaches. Bill has held various offices within ACP including International Board Member (1996-2004) and Global President (2000-2002). He is also a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the UK, and has held various offices over time.

During the period 2002 to 2006 Bill developed links with The University of Bremen, and with The University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany, and delivered programmes on Diversity, Multi-Cultural Teamwork and International Communications (2004-2006).

In his early career Bill worked in management in the retail and telecommunications fields, and subsequently in human resource management in the public sector and utilities. In his mid career he worked in human resources consultancy for KPMG and then joined Moores Rowland, at the time the number 10 worldwide accounting/management consulting firm, where he established a human resources consulting practice. In 1990 he led a management buyout of this function and renamed it CEDAR International. Under his guidance CEDAR grew to become one of the UK’s leading independent consulting practices, with eight offices throughout the UK and strong global links.

After a period of living in Spain & Germany, Bill is now based back in London and is the Managing Director of Pitcher Solutions Ltd, an independent UK wide Human Resource consulting practice. He provides coaching and career management services to a range of corporate client organizations, and to executives in transition. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at West London College, teaching Human Resources on a senior level Chartered Management Institute Course.

Mike Tate has been a Partner of Vantage Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm, in Birmingham, Alabama since 1997. Jhr Drs Ian S. van Lidth de Jeude, Psychologist NIP, RL, CMF, trained as a Clinical and Developmental Psychologist in The Netherlands and the U.K. He started his career in 1984, first in management and later in consultancy (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Berenschot Management Consultants). In 1992 he continued his career in outplacement, executive - and career coaching (Director of Phoenix Career Consultants in Amsterdam), project managing and consulting with a wide range of companies.

Besides coaching clients individually and in groups, he was involved in setting up in-company career centers, which included training management, employees and career professionals. He developed and delivered a coaching curriculum for mediators.

Presently Ian works as an independent Management and Career Consultant, is closely associated with Van Ede & Partners and chairman of their Amsterdam offices.
